Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Answer phones, check members into the system, and facilitate new member sign-ups and account updates. Take prospective members on tours and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner, escalating issues to Assistant Managers or Managers as needed. Assist in maintaining the club's neatness and cleanliness. This role requires continual standing, walking, and talking during shifts, with the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with basic computer proficiency and a passion for fitness.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Must be able to occassionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
