Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating new sign-ups and account updates. Take prospective members on tours and respond to member questions or concerns, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain the club's neatness and cleanliness during your shift. This role requires continual standing and walking, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and exposure to toxic chemicals. A high school diploma, age 18 or older, and a passion for fitness are required. Planet Fitness seeks an upbeat, reliable representative with exceptional customer service skills to interact professionally with members and co-workers.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Must be able to occassionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
