Planet Fitness Front Desk Representative Full Time

Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Answer phones, check members into the system, and facilitate new member sign-ups and account updates. Take prospective members on tours and respond to member questions or concerns, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain the club's neatness and cleanliness. This role requires continual standing, walking, and talking, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for fitness are required, with a customer service background preferred.
