Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating new member sign-ups and account updates. Take prospective members on tours, respond to member questions and concerns, and assist in maintaining club cleanliness. Elevate member issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed. Requires a high school diploma, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for fitness. Full-time role with continual standing, walking, and talking during shifts; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to toxic chemicals.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Must be able to occassionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
