Job Summary
Planet Fitness fitness trainer role supporting the PE@PF program; design simple workouts, instruct proper equipment use, and help members achieve fitness goals. Responsibilities include familiarizing members with the facility, creating and following class/schedule, front desk duties (phone inquiries, member check-in, tours), tracking inventory, club cleaning/maintenance, and providing motivation and guidance to members. Requires CPR certification and a certified personal trainer credential (IFA, ACE, or NCSF) with a strong customer-service mindset and reliable, punctual performance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
- Current CPR Certification required
- Personal Training Certification from a preferred association (IFA, ACE or NCSF) is required
