Job Summary
Conduct the Planet Fitness PE@PF group fitness program by creating bi-weekly workout updates, instructing members on proper equipment use, and designing simple fitness plans. Assist new members in achieving goals through motivation and support while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere. Perform front desk duties including answering phones, checking members in, handling new sign-ups, and taking prospective members on tours. Manage daily club cleaning, general maintenance, and inventory tracking. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. This role requires a current CPR certification and Personal Training Certification from an association like IFA, ACE, or NCSF. Candidates must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma, demonstrating punctuality, reliability, and exceptional customer service skills. The position offers a base wage of $19.50 per hour for full-time employment at the Bowmanville location.
