Job Summary
Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating bi-weekly exercise updates and instructing members on proper equipment use. Recruit new and existing members for classes, lead tours, and manage front desk activities such as phone calls, check-ins, and new sign-ups. Assist members during walk-arounds, log sessions, clean assigned equipment, and perform locker room checks every 15 minutes. Uphold brand values, facility rules, and customer service standards while maintaining a judgment-free lifestyle. Complete mandatory training courses and obtain required certifications within two weeks of employment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED equivalent
- CPR certification
- Nationally credited training certification
- 18 years or older
- Punctuality
- Reliability
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
