Planet Fitness Fitness Instructor

Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program by designing workout plans, instructing members on equipment safety, and recruiting new and existing members for classes. Assist with front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, taking prospective members on tours, and responding to member concerns. Maintain facility standards by logging classes, cleaning assigned equipment, performing locker room checks every 15 minutes, and upholding brand rules. Create bi-weekly exercise updates and meet class requirements based on club size and traffic. Within two weeks of employment, obtain a nationally credited training certification such as ACE, NASM, ISSA, or NCSF. This role requires flexibility for overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays, along with CPR certification and a strong customer service attitude.
