Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, and taking tours. Calculate rates for new members, update account information, and assist the Club Manager with drawer counts. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness by completing daily cleaning lists, performing walk-around checks, and assisting with special projects. This part-time role supports the Judgement Free Zone® mission at a North Monroe Planet Fitness location.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
