Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones and checking members into the system. Handle front desk activities including taking tours, signing up new members, calculating rates, and updating accounts. Respond to member questions and concerns, elevating issues to management as needed. Assist the Club Manager with drawer counts and maintain club cleanliness by completing daily cleaning lists, walk-around checks, and bathroom inspections. Perform other duties based on club needs. This part-time role is located at 1001 Memorial Pkwy, Huntsville, AL, with a pay range of $10.50 - $11.00.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
