Job Summary
Conduct daily front desk operations, including greeting members, checking them in, and managing member requests. Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff for Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians. Oversee club cleanliness, facility maintenance, and supply ordering while ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Process weekly employee payroll, make daily bank deposits, and track weekly, monthly, and annual statistics. Provide backup support to the Club Manager for scheduling, staffing, and resolving employee or member issues.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Current CPR Certification
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to learn systems quickly
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Own reliable means of transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
