Job Summary
Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing staff of Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians. Provide backup support to the Club Manager by scheduling shifts, supervising staff, resolving employee issues, and processing weekly payroll. Lead by example at the front desk by greeting members, checking them in, signing up new members, and handling member requests. Oversee club cleanliness and maintenance, including facility upkeep and equipment safety checks. Manage daily bank deposits, order supplies within budget, and track weekly, monthly, and annual statistics. Ensure all staff are trained on marketing promotions and maintain a welcoming "Judgement Free" atmosphere for members and guests.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Current CPR Certification
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to learn systems quickly
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Own reliable means of transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
