Planet Fitness - Assistant General Manager - Hemet

Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing staff of Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians. Provide backup support to the Club Manager by scheduling shifts, supervising staff, resolving employee issues, and processing weekly payroll. Lead by example at the front desk by greeting members, checking them in, signing up new members, and facilitating requests. Oversee club cleanliness and maintenance, including facility upkeep, spill cleanup, and equipment safety inspections. Order supplies within budget, track weekly and monthly statistics, manage marketing promotions, and make daily bank deposits. Work closely with the Facilities Maintenance team to address equipment repairs and ensure a safe environment for all.
