Job Summary
Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing staff of Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians. Provide backup support to the Club Manager by scheduling shifts, supervising staff, and resolving employee or member issues. Lead front desk activities including greeting members, checking guests in, answering phones, and processing new member sign-ups. Oversee club cleanliness, facility maintenance, and equipment safety while managing daily bank deposits and supply ordering within budget. Track weekly, monthly, and annual statistics and reports. Ensure all staff follow superior customer service guidelines to maintain a welcoming "Judgement Free" atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Current CPR Certification
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to learn systems quickly
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Own reliable means of transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
