Job Summary
Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing staff of Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians. Provide backup support to the Club Manager by scheduling shifts, supervising staff, and resolving employee or member issues. Lead by example at the front desk by greeting guests, checking members in, processing new sign-ups, and handling member requests. Oversee club cleanliness and maintenance, including facility upkeep, safety inspections, and supply ordering within budget. Track weekly, monthly, and annual statistics and reports. Make daily bank deposits as needed. This role requires one year of customer service experience, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. The position offers a salary of $19.50 - $20.00 in Fontana, CA, with full-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Current CPR Certification
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to learn systems quickly
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Own reliable means of transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
