Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Handle front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, managing new member sign-ups, taking tours, and facilitating account updates. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to the Manager as needed. Maintain the club's cleanliness and neatness throughout the shift. Requires a high school diploma, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for fitness. Must be 18 years or older with punctuality and reliability. Involves continual standing, walking, and talking, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to toxic chemicals.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Must be able to occassionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
