Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Handle front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, conducting new member sign-ups, and taking tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns, escalating issues to the Manager as needed. Assist in maintaining club cleanliness. Maintain a punctual and reliable schedule with continual standing, walking, and talking during shifts. Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and handle toxic chemicals as required. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a passion for fitness and health preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Must be able to occassionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift

- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
