Planet Fitness - Assistant General Manager - Annaville

Oversee club operations by assisting in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff for Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians. Provide backup support to the Club Manager, manage front desk activities including member check-ins, new member sign-ups, and phone inquiries, and resolve member issues. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring superior customer service guidelines are followed and addressing employee concerns. Supervise staff scheduling to ensure full shift coverage, process weekly payroll, and lead by example in all daily tasks. Manage facility cleanliness, including mopping, trash removal, and equipment upkeep, while monitoring safety and reporting equipment needs to maintenance. Handle administrative duties such as ordering supplies within budget, tracking weekly and monthly statistics, and making daily bank deposits. Ensure all staff are trained on current marketing promotions. This role supports the "Judgement Free Zone" mission at a Planet Fitness club in Corpus Christi, TX.
