Planejador Manutenção

Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning to ensure efficient resource utilization. Execute quotation and purchase requisition processes, while issuing invoices for spare parts. Support the development of maintenance plans based on failure history and equipment criticality, and define spare parts lists and replacement components for new equipment. Manage material registration, technical bill of materials creation, and item standardization. Collect and analyze operational data to generate performance indicators such as MTBF and MTTR. Coordinate with technical teams, logistics, procurement, and engineering to ensure activity traceability within the CMMS system and maintain data consistency for PITS. Requires intermediate Office skills and technical drawing proficiency; available for administrative shifts.
