Job Summary
Conduct accurate cost estimates and budgets, verify figures, and prepare price proposals for commercial projects. Evaluate partner quotes and request necessary offertes while collaborating with Heembouw architects, the realization team, and supply chain partners. Develop executable, smart, and sustainable solutions by applying market innovations and durable construction methods. Work closely with project leaders and execution teams to transform project ideas into actionable plans for the Bedrijfsruimten West client group.
Required Qualifications
- hbo werk- en denkniveau
- afgeronde opleiding Bouwkunde
- Net afgestudeerd of al ervaring hebt opgedaan binnen de realisatiefase in de bouw
- ervaring met BIM, Solibri, Ibis-Strad en Powerproject
