Job Summary
Process plan-level service and administrative requests for existing clients, including drafting and executing plan amendments. Conduct consultations with employers regarding new plan design and plan amendments, documenting decisions, dependencies, and required information. Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance, and submit finalized requests through designated workflows. Maintain complete and accurate plan records, tracking documentation, and status updates. Serve as a point of contact for employer and internal partner inquiries, providing clear communication, follow-up, and issue resolution. Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time execution of requests. Track work in progress, proactively identify risks or delays, and escalate issues as appropriate. Participate in training, documentation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance workflows and service practices.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the US without employment sponsorship
- Reside in and work in one of the following US states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, MI, MS, NE, NC, OH, OK, TN, TX
- 3–5+ years of ERISA experience in the retirement industry
- 2–3+ years of client-facing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Professional designation (ASPPA, NIPA, etc.) preferred
- Uninterrupted virtual workspace
- Internet work speed requirement of 100 MBps or better
