Job Summary
Provide Sponsor and Advisor service support for Corporate Bundled plans via team shared mailbox and inbound toll-free line. Serve as the single point of contact to provide immediate resolution to customer inquiries through interaction with internal business partners. Build rapport and develop strong relationships with internal and external business partners while utilizing outstanding communication skills. This hybrid-office/home role requires 3 to 5 years of experience in Defined Contribution administration and proficiency with Voya proprietary systems. The position supports a team of four within Voya Financial, a leading retirement and employee benefits company dedicated to improving financial futures for individuals and communities.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years equivalent work experience in Defined Contribution administration or similar work
- Ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships with internal and external business partners
- Outstanding communication skills
- Hybrid-office/home role availability
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent

- Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency
