Job Summary
Key point of contact on projects; coordinate conflict resolution with plan providers; develop relationships with contractors, providers and healthcare stakeholders; plan, implement and monitor activities to meet deliverables; create and maintain presentations, guides, and procedure documents; support quality and documentation efforts across Medicare Part C-related activities; requires healthcare project management experience and associate degree or active RN license; weekend and rotating holiday coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 60 or more credit hours towards a Bachelor’s degree in a health related discipline or related field OR RN with active license
- One (1) year relevant healthcare or project management
- One (1) year process improvement, quality improvement, quality assurance, or related quality project experience
- Conflict resolution directly with an unsatisfied customer/client
- Coordinating issues at the plan level and resolving them
- Resided in the United States for a minimum of three (3) years out of the last five (5) years (Per Contract Requirement)
