Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Five years of progressive experience managing construction projects in the commercial, education or healthcare industries.

- Effective team leadership skills and strong customer service orientation
- Analytical skills to resolve simple and complex project problems
- Ability to present to medium size groups
- Ability to articulate high leval and detailed aspects of a situation or project to audience of non subject matter experts
- Ability to make decisions in the best interested of projects
- Solid organizational and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of owner MTS and FFE scopes
- Must be able to type and proficient with use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
