Job Summary
Plan and administer workforce analytics for the Workforce team, focusing on capacity, FTE metrics, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting. Analyze production volume patterns, update and create reports for forecasting and planning service delivery team capacity, monitor KPI performance and productivity, consolidate staffing data (vacations, sick time), generate locked forecasts with the Workforce Manager, and provide data-driven recommendations to leaders to optimize staffing and resource allocation. Requires proficiency in SQL and Power BI, advanced MS Excel (VBA/Macro), and experience with scheduling, capacity planning, and Real Time Adherence (RTA). The role is hybrid with a requirement to be in the Manila office at least three days per week; responsibilities include regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly), KPI communication to operational leaders, and collaboration with colleagues to support business needs. Visualization and automation of reports in BI tools are valued, along with a solid understanding of workforce management concepts and timely delivery of insights to drive operational efficiency.
