Job Summary
Communicate with clients throughout the litigation process and provide regular case updates. Prepare and e-file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery documents. Coordinate depositions, court reporters, experts, investigators, and client meetings. Review medical records and assist with demand package preparation. Support trial preparation and lien resolution efforts. Maintain organized case files and assist attorneys in moving cases toward resolution. This role offers a hybrid schedule with one remote workday per week after onboarding, 14 paid holidays including your birthday, and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of plaintiff or defense personal injury litigation experience preferred
- Experience with motor vehicle accident and premises liability matters
- Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, self-motivated, and client-focused mindset
