Job Summary
Coordinate medical treatment, communicate directly with insurance adjusters, and manage bodily injury and property damage claims for a high-volume Plaintiff Personal Injury caseload. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation process, maintaining regular communication regarding treatment status, case progression, and outstanding requirements. Request, obtain, and organize medical records and bills while ensuring files are complete and ready for demand preparation. Escalate legal issues requiring attorney review and monitor case milestones to proactively move files forward. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in Miami Lakes, Florida. Fluent in English and Spanish with at least two years of Florida pre-litigation case management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Minimum 2 years of recent Florida Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience managing motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution
- Minimum 1 year of experience working within a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm
- Recent plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation experience (not workers' compensation)
- Liability and coverage investigations
- Property damage claim handling and coordination
- Advancing cases through the Florida pre-litigation process
- Managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Working in a KPI-driven production environment with measurable performance metrics
- Demonstrated case progression ownership and file movement
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in our Miami Lakes office
