Job Summary
Paralegal will support pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement, serve as primary contact for clients, coordinate records and case materials, draft demand packages and other legal documents, assist with liability and damages analysis, and liaise with insurance adjusters to ensure timely resolution. The role involves managing a high-volume caseload, maintaining strong client service, and collaborating with attorneys and internal teams to move matters forward efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal
- plaintiff-side experience required
- proven experience handling cases from intake through settlement
- experience drafting demand packages and legal documents
- experience communicating with insurance adjusters
- strong client management and communication skills
- highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
