Regional Plains Freight driver based in Indianapolis, IN operating to states across the Plains with home on weekends, dedicated lanes available, and 4 positions open. Drivers average 2,200+ miles per week with non-forced dispatch and flexible scheduling. Compensation includes commission pay between 26%–30% based on experience, weekly pay, and year-round benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and additional pay such as detention and layover. Freight is year-round and dedicated with potential for passenger and pet rider programs.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of professional driving experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Ability to pass DOT requirements
- Strong customer service communication skills
- Ability to use mobile devices
