Job Summary
CDL-A regional driver with home weekends, operating from Indianapolis, IN, and routing across the Plains (NE, MO, KS, OK, MN and surrounding). Requires 2+ years of professional driving experience, clean MVR/PSP, and ability to meet DOT requirements. Offers 26–30% commission pay with weekly pay, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and year-round dedicated freight. Non-forced dispatch with an average 2,200+ miles per week and dedicated customer lanes. Home on weekends with flexible scheduling during the week. Four positions available.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of professional driving experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Ability to pass DOT requirements
- Strong customer service communication skills
