Job Summary
Place all lines of business including Cyber, Professional Liability, Management Liability, and General Liability for clients. Support Sales and Client Managers by analyzing exposures to develop placement strategies that align with risk profiles. Draft and submit submissions to underwriters, negotiate terms and pricing, and review quotes, binders, and policies for accuracy. Build relationships with carriers and stay current on market trends and coverage developments. Collaborate with sales executives and client service teams to ensure seamless account servicing. Provide guidance to clients on coverage options and risk management strategies. This role requires an active P&C license and proficiency with brokerage management systems. Hybrid work is required three days per week in San Francisco, Chicago, or New York.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience placing insurance risks for small businesses
- hands-on experience working with Cyber Liability, Professional Liability (E&O), and Management Liability (D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary), and Commercial (GL, BOP, etc.) insurance products
- 1-3 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in a brokerage or underwriting environment
- Demonstrated experience placing or supporting the placement of Cyber Liability, Professional Liability, Management Liability, and P&C (GL, BOP, etc.) policies
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Must be in the office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

- Experience working in a fast-paced brokerage environment
