Job Summary
Support and motivate a team of Wage Subsidy Consultants to focus on wage subsidies and claims, understanding needs, requirements, and timeframes for action. Nurture effective relationships with external stakeholders to promote repeat business while achieving financial targets and identifying opportunities to improve performance. Maintain accurate database information and optimise legitimate claiming opportunities through special claim intervention in accordance with policy and contractual obligations. Minimise missed or rejected claims by providing technical post-placement support and claiming advice to front-line staff, ensuring claims withstand scrutiny. Lead the daily operation of outcomes and wage subsidy functions, including detailed compliance checks, system verification, and evidence management.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Manager in a compliance focused environment
- Experience in the employment services industry
- High level of personal organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong administrative experience
- Advanced communication skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Government legislation
- Successful completion of a Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience in building positive and professional relationships with stakeholders
