Job Summary
Conduct compliance checks on claims and supporting documentation by reviewing evidence, verifying information with employers and consultants, and applying legislative updates to claims processes. Submit accurate data into internal and government systems while communicating professionally across multiple administrative workflows. This hybrid role supports the Claims & Wage Subsidy Team at The Salvation Army Employment Plus, ensuring jobseekers receive timely employment support within a high-volume, detail-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Hybrid role based in Blackburn, Melbourne (2 days in office per week)
- Experience in claims or compliance within employment services or have worked in superannuation, insurance or other relevant inbound call centre environment
- Quick learner who enjoys retaining new information
- Confident navigating multiple systems and working with data
- Solid Office 365 skills and strong numeracy
- Honest, transparent, and committed to quality
- Hold a business qualification (Cert III or above)
- National Criminal History Check
- Working with Children Check
