Job Summary
Manage insured placement strategies by developing solutions that meet complex client needs and guide strong working relations with carriers and underwriters. Submit coverage specifications, obtain quotes, ensure programs are bound, and maintain accurate placement system entries. Audit commission structures, review data for contract execution, and lead technical support activities on big accounts. Develop go-to-market strategies, analyze market conditions, and devise innovative product solutions. Work at least three days per week in the New York City office with hybrid flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years industry experience
- Commercial Brokerage and/or Underwriting Experience
- P&C license
- Ability to obtain Bachelors' degree
- Ability to build strong relationships and build rapport with internal colleagues, clients and carriers
- Self-starter
- Resourcefulness with the ability to bring solutions and ideas to the firm
- Ability to be part of a collaborative team
- Ability to make an immediate impact
