Job Summary
Manage and execute new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts by overseeing timelines, conducting exposure analysis, and preparing quote specifications. Negotiate coverage terms, present comprehensive proposals to clients, and review policies to make improvement recommendations. Collaborate with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and carriers to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining relationships with insurance companies and wholesalers. Analyze prospect client exposure and loss data to develop financial models for loss-sensitive programs. Prepare property and casualty submissions including Acord applications, loss summaries, and exposure schedules. Perform coverage gap analysis to deliver strategic recommendations tailored to each client's risk profile. Handle confidential information and maintain all licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years relevant insurance experience
- emphasis on middle to large market placements
- Excellent phone etiquette

- Proficient with MS Office Products

- Pursuit of a professional designation – CRM, CISR, CIC, AAI, ARM, CPCU
