Job Summary
Placement Executive responsible for managing and coordinating all placement-related activities for students, including building relationships with corporate partners, facilitating campus recruitment processes, organizing campus recruitment drives and interviews, preparing placement materials and reports, maintaining placement databases, and visiting industries to strengthen partnerships. Requires MBA (Marketing/HR) with 2-year program and 7+ years of experience in marketing/HR, strong communication and networking skills, ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and proficiency in database management and reporting. Based in Mumbai (NMIMS University Office) with a focus on internships, live projects, placements, and industry interfaces for training programs and CEO series.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (2-year full-time) in Marketing / HR from a leading national or international management school
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent GPA from a recognized university
- Certifications in Marketing, HR, Talent Management, or Leadership will be an added advantage
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and Human Resources
- Experience in the education sector/institutions or service sector will be preferred
