Placement Executive - Medical and Life

Manage the placement and renewal process from market submission through to binding by coordinating with insurers, negotiating pricing and coverage terms, and ensuring timely delivery of quotes. Prepare and review market submissions for accuracy, follow up on underwriting decisions, and compare insurer terms to provide placement recommendations based on competitiveness. Coordinate with Client Executives to understand requirements, maintain strong insurer relationships, and monitor renewal timelines to identify risks. Maintain accurate placement records and produce reports on renewals, pipeline, and market trends. This role acts as the link between Client Executives and insurers, driving efficient market engagement while ensuring compliance with internal placement processes.
