Job Summary
Set up the press by washing rollers, changing ink colors, mounting plates, and adjusting ink to meet customer standards. Maintain maximum speed and quality regulations while troubleshooting difficult press problems. Assist with changing paper rolls and support the Scalloper as needed. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring physical stamina for lifting, twisting, and standing for extended periods. Schedule includes rotating 1st and 2nd shifts from 6:55am to 10:55pm, with potential 12-hour days and weekend work up to 60 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable with physical work including lifting, twisting and turning, lifting and stacking
- Able to stay on your feet for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Must have a great work ethic
- Must be willing to learn new things
- Must have a history of dependable attendance
