Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the PL Select team, monitoring key performance metrics to drive growth, retention, and revenue goals. Coach team members for development, establish professional strategies, and lead continuous improvement efforts by owning standardized workflows and setting clear KPIs. Serve as a primary liaison across the business, collaborating with carriers, vendors, and regional leaders to enhance service and align priorities. Manage a reduced book of business to maintain client connections while prioritizing strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence through accurate system documentation.
Required Qualifications
- P&C Insurance License
- 7 or more years' experience in personal lines
- Ability to work collaboratively across business practice both regionally and enterprise-wide
- Regularly sit, hear, and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally stand and walk
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Close vision
- Ability to adjust focus
- Occasional travel
Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS preferred
- Client-facing experience at an insurance company or brokerage
- Proven ability to provide strong leadership to growing team in a fast-paced, growth-focused organization
