Job Summary
Processor Trainee position in Monroe, NC. Responsibilities include operating and setting up molding machines, purging, restarting after mold changes, inspecting parts, and ensuring safety and 5S housekeeping. Duties also encompass troubleshooting machine performance (heat, injection, pressure, time), maintaining production records, communicating with technicians about machine feedback, forklift operation, and performing preventative maintenance (PM) on molds and equipment. Candidate will fill out production reports, set up sprue pickers and mold water heating units as applicable, and contribute to quality and efficiency targets. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of Mechanical Reasoning Assessment
