Job Summary
Post payments received from clients into AMS360 and the insurance carrier system, then communicate and provide service via phone, email, in person, or virtually. Direct clients to Service Centers when appropriate, log all communications, and submit change requests to carriers while confirming in writing. Report new claims the same day they are notified, review suspense items daily, and process endorsements. Respond to underwriter correspondence, complete weekly stewardships, and report significant account activity. Greet visitors warmly and assist with department projects. Cross-sell additional coverage or set appointments for Account Executives as needed.

- Excellent typing, keyboard and mathematical skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Detail oriented
- Well-groomed and neat appearance
- High energy levels
- Self-motivation
- Ability to maintain company and client confidentiality
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance or the ability to become licensed
- Must have at a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Willing to pursue additional insurance education
