Job Summary
PKI Auditor/PKI Analyst role supporting DoD Army PKI operations. Responsible for in-depth assessments and audits of the Army's PKI infrastructure focusing on CPS and RPS compliance, managing and auditing Army smart card/token systems, and collaborating with CCRI teams to ensure DoD PKI standards. Researches and evaluates emerging PKI technologies and develops implementation strategies to enhance PKI capabilities, delivering detailed analyses, recommendations, and actionable solutions. Requires DoD Secret clearance, 3 days on-site at Ft Belvoir with up to 5% travel, and ability to work with DoD auditors. Preferred certifications in DOD PKI/NSS PKI domains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) principles and practices
- Understanding of CPS and RPS compliance requirements
- Familiarity with Army smart card/token systems and associated audit responsibilities
- Proven experience in evaluating and integrating emerging technologies in the PKI domain
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with DoD auditors and CCRI teams
