Job Summary
Manage daily kitchen operations and workflow, supervising, training, and scheduling kitchen staff to ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards. Maintain inventory levels, monitor food costs and waste, and enforce health, sanitation, and safety regulations. Coordinate with front-of-house management, resolve kitchen issues quickly, and maintain equipment while supporting hiring and performance management of employees. Requires 2+ years of kitchen management experience, strong leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Located in White Bear Lake, MN.
