Job Summary
Pizzaiolo / Pizza Maker responsible for the preparation, production and presentation of all menu items. Follow prescribed recipes and special requests, work a variety of hours including weekends, safely operate kitchen tools, communicate clearly with coordinators and staff, multi-task in a busy environment, and maintain food safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate portioning and par levels, monitor temperature readings, report delays or issues, track item counts, and comply with safety, sanitation, and job policies. Must be able to work as part of a team and adapt to assigned duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Pizzaiolo / Pizza Maker experience
- Food safety handling knowledge
- Ability to read a thermometer accurately
- Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Team player with good communication skills
