Job Summary
Prepare and cook pizzas following Mama's specific recipes, ensuring correct quantities, presentation, and adherence to Italian origins. Manage kitchen service, storage, and cleaning while strictly respecting hygiene standards and equipment use. Monitor expiration dates in the refrigerator and maintain an organized, clean workspace under pressure. Coordinate with the team to deliver rapid, efficient service without overwhelming customers. Complete an initial phone screening with Claire, HR Manager, followed by an in-person interview at a Mama location or headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Organized and never overwhelmed
- Follows Mama recipes precisely regarding quantity, presentation, and appreciation
- Rigorous and attentive to expiration dates in the fridge
- Ability to manage pressure
- Autonomous and able to organize tasks
- Experience cooking pizzas for more people than Tonton and Tatie at the last Christmas
