Job Summary
Manage the Pizza department by ensuring company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting product quality, freshness, and uniqueness. Educate team members and customers on product offerings while proactively approaching shoppers to answer questions, help locate items, and offer suggestions for complete meals. Focus on delivering restaurant-quality pizza, calzones, and other products to enhance the customer experience. Requires 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree, with preferred qualifications including team leadership experience and knowledge of relevant products.
