Job Summary
Prepare and deliver high-quality pizzas and beautifully executed dishes in a quality-driven kitchen, working alongside the Head Chef. Manage dough preparation, stretching, toppings, and cooking techniques while maintaining strict food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen standards. Execute tasks under pressure during busy lunch and dinner services, utilizing fresh, high-quality ingredients inspired by the Amalfi Coast. Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar kitchen role
- Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, stretching, toppings and cooking techniques
- Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Good understanding of food hygiene, H&S and allergens
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service
