Job Summary
Provide friendly and attentive service to customers both over the phone and in-person. Assist customers with placing orders, customizing pizzas, and answering menu questions. Upsell additional menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Accurately enter orders into the system and process payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store. You must be at least 16 years of age and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
