Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, and prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork while cleaning equipment and the facility daily. Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone, ensuring accurate written instructions are followed. Perform mathematical calculations and handle monetary change using a calculator or computer keyboard as needed. This position supports Domino's Pizza's mission to deliver exceptional service, with opportunities for advancement from assistant manager to franchise owner.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make a correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
