Job Summary
Provide friendly, attentive service to customers over the phone and in person by handling calls, online orders, and inquiries with professionalism. Assist customers with placing orders, customizing pizzas, answering menu questions, and upselling additional items while resolving concerns with empathy. Accurately enter orders into the system and process payments while maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store. You must be at least 16 years old, flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
